🌿 Dill-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 grams greek yogurt
  • 50 grams mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • handful of fresh dill, finely diced
  • handful of fresh cilantro or parsley, finely diced
  • 1-2 cloves grated garlic (or garlic powder for milder taste)
  • salt and black pepper
  • (optional) pinch of paprika
  • (optional) pinch of ground coriander

Directions

  1. whisk together, adjust lemon juice level to desired consistency, and salt to taste. let sit in the refrigerator at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
