🌿 Dill-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 50 grams greek yogurt
- 50 grams mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- handful of fresh dill, finely diced
- handful of fresh cilantro or parsley, finely diced
- 1-2 cloves grated garlic (or garlic powder for milder taste)
- salt and black pepper
- (optional) pinch of paprika
- (optional) pinch of ground coriander
Directions
- whisk together, adjust lemon juice level to desired consistency, and salt to taste. let sit in the refrigerator at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
